Kloudfuse 4.0: AI-Native Observability with Federal-Grade Security

Published on
CUPERTINO, Calif., May 7, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Kloudfuse, a leader in Unified Observability, today announced the general availability of Kloudfuse 4.0, the most significant release in the company's history. This release resolves a structural tension in enterprise observability: the platforms that handle massive scale require you to send data to someone else's cloud, while the platforms that keep data inside your infrastructure force compromises on features, AI capabilities, or compliance readiness.
Kloudfuse 4.0 delivers what most enterprises have been told they cannot get from a single platform: NIST-validated cryptography embedded across every service, an AI observability layer governed with the same rigor as production data access, and platform engineering controls that let teams separate, scale, and govern observability workloads independently, all deployed within the customer's VPC.
Certified Secure: FIPS 140-3 by Default
Kloudfuse has achieved FIPS 140-3 certification, validated by NIST's Cryptographic Module Validation Program (CMVP) under Certificate #5186 and #5209. The cryptographic module, SafeLogic CryptoComply, is embedded directly in the platform, not as a separate SKU, not as a post-deployment hardening guide, and not as a configuration flag an administrator enables after installation. It ships with every deployment by default.
Every container image in Kloudfuse 4.0 runs on STIG-hardened Red Hat UBI9-minimal base images with FIPS crypto policy enabled at the operating system level. All container images and Helm charts are cryptographically signed, and every service runs as non-root by default. For organizations operating under DoD mandates, CMMC Level 2 requirements, or agency-specific STIG policies, Kloudfuse 4.0 meets the baseline without additional remediation.
With NIST's September 22, 2026 deadline to move all FIPS 140-2 certificates to the Historical List approaching, Kloudfuse customers deploying today are already on the standard that will be required in months.
AI-Ready: The Enterprise MCP Server
The Kloudfuse MCP Server gives AI agents direct access to production observability data using natural language. Connect Claude, ChatGPT, custom models, or IDE-embedded agents and ask questions like "What caused the latency spike in checkout?" or "Show me services with error rates above 2%" and get answers from live metrics, logs, traces, profiling, and RUM data.
What makes it enterprise-ready is how the server is governed. The MCP Server runs as a centrally managed remote service with built-in authentication, full RBAC enforcement, query safety validation that rejects unscoped or resource-intensive queries before execution, and complete audit logging of every tool invocation. It scales horizontally behind a load balancer, operating as an enterprise service rather than a single-process developer tool.
Built for Scale: Platform Engineering Controls
Kloudfuse 4.0 introduces role isolation, enabling platform engineering teams to separate ingestion, query, and control plane workloads onto dedicated Kubernetes node pools that scale independently. Ingestion spikes no longer impact query performance. Teams can right-size each component for its actual demand rather than sizing the entire platform for worst-case scenarios.
Additional platform engineering advancements include Envoy Gateway support with a zero-downtime migration path from NGINX, multi-rollup resolution that eliminates the need for recording rules, a metrics cardinality explorer for identifying cost drivers, deterministic log sorting with unique log IDs, and traces streaming for progressive loading across all contexts.
Enterprise Trust at Scale
Leading enterprises including Zscaler, Automation Anywhere, GE Healthcare, Workday, and Innovaccer trust Kloudfuse to deliver mission-critical observability at scale. Kloudfuse holds SOC 2 certification, with ISO certification in progress.
The Self-SaaS Advantage
Every capability in Kloudfuse 4.0 runs inside the customer's VPC on AWS, Azure, or GCP. No data leaves the customer's environment. Kloudfuse delivers SaaS-grade simplicity, managed control plane, automatic updates, expert support, without the SaaS trade-offs: no data egress fees, no per-GB ingestion pricing surprises, no compliance risk from sending production telemetry to a third-party cloud. Customers control retention, storage costs, and access.
