RUM · Real User Monitoring

Every click, scroll, and error. Replayed and resolved.

Kloudfuse RUM captures browser sessions, replays user journeys, and tracks Core Web Vitals — then connects every frontend issue to the backend trace that explains it.

RUM session detail — page loads, frontend errors and Core Web Vitals for one user session

Frontend truth, without the frontend silo.

Replays stored in your cloud storage.

Session replay writes directly to your S3, Azure Blob, or GCS bucket. Not a vendor's infrastructure. Your security team signs off on day one.

Frontend to backend in one click.

Click a slow page load, land on the backend trace that caused it. RUM sessions link to distributed traces automatically.

Privacy at ingest. Not as an afterthought.

The mask privacy level redacts text, inputs, images, and links before storage. PII never reaches your data plane.

One RUM platform. Every layer of the user journey.

From the first paint in the browser to the database query that served it — sessions, vitals, replays, and backend traces live in the same lake and answer the same question: what did the user actually experience, and why?

Every user interaction, instrumented once. Collected forever.

Drop the Kloudfuse RUM SDK into your application and it starts capturing the full picture: page navigations, user clicks and taps, every network request to your backend, and unhandled exceptions with stack traces. You control the session sample rate.

  • Six event types — views, actions, resources, errors, long tasks and full sessions, captured automatically
  • Tied to the triggering action — every resource and every error event
  • One data model — web, React Native and Flutter

RUM, answered.

What platforms does Kloudfuse RUM support?

Web (browser SDK), React Native, Flutter, and native iOS and Android via OTel SDKs. All platforms emit the same event types and join to the same backend data lake.

How does Kloudfuse RUM handle privacy and PII?

Redaction happens at ingest, before storage. The "mask" privacy level wireframes the entire page. Granular element-level control is available via RRWeb annotation classes. Custom action name masking is also configurable.

Does Kloudfuse RUM track Core Web Vitals?

Yes. LCP, FCP, INP, CLS, and TTFB are tracked continuously with anomaly detection. Filter by application, page, geography, device, or any custom facet.

Can RUM sessions join to backend traces?

Yes. Backend trace IDs propagate to the frontend session via the SDK. One query joins a user's session to the backend spans and logs that served it.

Does Kloudfuse RUM charge per session?

No. Predictable pricing on one axis: terabytes ingested. Sample rate is configured by your team, and session replay carries no separate charge.
